The Young Photography Festival is held every 2 years to encourage the development of the young force. This activity also contributes to introducing and promoting images of the country and people of Vietnam to the domestic and international public. On April 5, the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition announced the launch of the Young Photography Festival 2021.

This activity is held by the coordination of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and related agencies and units.
