Day 01: ARRIVE HANOI

Our friendly tour guide and helpful driver will greet you at Noi Bai international airport then transfer to hotel. Take part in the enjoyable cyclo tour around the Old Quarters of Hanoi.

 

Day 02: HANOI

Have a full day sightseeing tour of Hanoi. Visit President Hochiminh’s Complex, Tran Quoc pagoda, Temple of Literature, historical site “Hoa Lo Prison, Hoan Kiem Lake and Silk Street. Enjoy Water Puppet show – a unique traditional art of Vietnam or Four Places – a thousand years ritual performance of Vietnam.

 

Day 03: HANOI – LAO CAI – SAPA

Depart from Hanoi to Sapa. Turn into a small paved road leading to Ta Phin village of Black H’mong and Red Dao minorities, the two largest ethnic groups in the area.

 

Day 04: THE LOCAL AREA

Walking through the rice paddy terraces, crossing the river and following a trail on the hillside going up to the ethnic villages. Experiencing the villagers’ daily life and seeing the local school.

 

Day 05: SAPA – ETHNIC MARKET – HANOI

Today is the day for ethnic markets which are always the colorful places for the hill tribes of Vietnam. It’s truly an unforgettable experience.

* Bac Ha market (Sunday)

* Coc Ly market (Tuesday)

* Xin Cheng market (Wednesday)

* Lung Khau Nhin market (Thursday)

Transfer back to Hanoi.

 

Day 06: HANOI – HALONG

Leave Ninh Binh for Halong Bay. Arrival and embark our deluxe junk for a 2D1N cruising tour around picturesque Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage and the World Wonder.

 

Day 07: HALONG – HANOI – FLIGHT HUE

Your early morning starts with Tai-chi course on the sundeck. Then continue cruising until disembarking the junk and transfer back to Hanoi for flight with destination Hue.

 

Day 08: HUE 

Exploring Hue – the World Cultural Heritage, the former capital of Vietnam from 1802-1945. Visit Imperial City and the Forbidden Purple City, Emperor Tu Duc tomb, incense making village. Boat on the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda.

 

Day 09: HUE – DANANG – HOIAN

Diven down the coast road passing over the spectacular sea to Danang – the biggest port in central Vietnam. Stop at Cham Museum and stone carving village at the foothill of Marble Mountains.

 

Day 10: HOIAN

Have a walking tour along Hoian’s narrow but peaceful streets to visit the Congregration Hall, the 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge, Old Houses and Mat village.

Day 11: DANANG – flight HOCHIMINH – CU CHI

Morning flight to destination Hochiminh – the largest city in Vietnam. Drive to outskirt to get Cu Chi underground tunnels.

Sightseeing tour includes Reunification Hall, Ben Thanh market, Post Office, Notre Dame, Thien Hau pagoda, China town and War Remnant Museum.

 

Day 12: HOCHIMINH – BEN TRE – CAN THO  

Drive to Delta Mekong where water and earth are interlaced. Explore the daily life of Mekong local people by bicycle or the typical motor cart “xe loi”. Rowing-boat along creeks. Proceed to Can Tho.

 

Day 13: CAN THO – HOCHIMINH (B / L)

Boat trip on Mekong river to get Cai Rang floating market – the biggest wholesales one in the Mekong Delta with its famous long pole above the boats. Cruise along the small creeks to get the fruit gardens. Back to Ho Chi Minh City.

 

Day 14: DEPARTURE

Free until transfer to the airport for departure flight. End of services.
