Day 1- Hanoi Arrival (-/-/-) : Start the Timeless Charm Classic Tours
Our guide and driver will warmly welcome you at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi City, and then transfer you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to relax at the hotel or to self-explore the surrounding shops and cafes. Day 2- Hanoi – Lao Cai (B/-/-)
This full day is for a sight-seeing tour around ancient Hanoi-the capital of Vietnam of over 1000 years old: Visit Hochiminh Complex, which includes the Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Presidential Palace as well as Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Follow this with Vietnam Ethnology Museum. You are ensured to be given classic taste while having guided classic tours at these historical places of Hanoi City.
In the afternoon, we pay a visit to the Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university dating back to the 11th century, then have a walking tour around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and a call-in at Dong Xuan market, Restored Sword Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.
We have arranged for you to enjoy the should-not-miss Water Puppet show – a unique traditional art of Vietnam in the evening before you are transferred to Hanoi railway station for our night train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train.
Day 3- Lao Cai – Sapa (B/-/-)
We will arrive at Lao Cai town in the early morning. Bus & driver pick us up and transfer us to Sapa-the very charming mountainous town at the altitude of 1650m above the sea level. On the way, we have chance to enjoy panoramic views of mountains, valleys and terraced rice fields in the region. You are recommended to have camera with you at all times whilst in Sapa as taking photos of magnificent mountainous beauty for your classic tours here.is irresistible
After breakfast at local restaurant, start your full day tour exploring Sapa: Visit Ta Phin village, home to Black Hmong and Red Dzao minorities who are the two largest ethnic groups in the area.
At noon, we come back to hotel for check-in. After a short rest, transfer to Lao Chai for fascinating trekking tour: Walk down the hill to visit Lao Chai village of Black H’mong, then proceed to visit Ta Van village, inhabited by Dzay minority.
In the late afternoon, we come back to Sapa for your free time at own leisure. Overnight at hotel in Sapa.
Day 4- Sapa – Market fair – Laocai – Hanoi (B/-/-)
In the morning, we take a scenic drive to visit one of the liveliest and crowded weekly markets in this mountain region. Markets’ schedule is as follows for your information:

– Wednesday: Sin Cheng, Cao Son market
– Thursday: Lung Khau Nhin market
– Saturday: Can Cau market
– Sunday: Bac Ha market
At afternoon time, we are driven back to Lao Cai. Have a short visit to border market and Holy Mother Temple before catching night train back to Hanoi. Overnight on train.
Day 5- Hanoi – Halong (B/L/D)
In the early morning, we arrive at Hanoi Rail station. After breakfast and a short rest at a local restaurant, we leave Hanoi for Halong Bay. On arrival, we embark the deluxe junk for 2 days 1 night cruising tour around picturesque Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage. Explore Surprising Cave and enjoy swimming at Titop Beach. Enjoy seafood lunch and dinner on board. The rest of time in the classic tours’ itinerary is for your own leisure or participation in the night fishing program. Overnight on the junk.
Day 6- Halong – Hanoi (B/L/-)
We start the new day with Tai Chi course on the junk’s terrace and sunrise at Bai Tu Long Bay. Proceed to visit Bai Tu Long Bay, Luon lagoon. Buffet brunch is served on board.
In the afternoon, we travel back to the shore, then disembark the junk and transfer back to Hanoi We visit Dong Trieu ceramic en route. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 7- Hanoi – Hue (B/-/-)
In the morning, we transfer to Noi Bai Airport for internal flight to Hue. On arrival, we are taken to hotel for check-in time. In the afternoon, have a visit at Hue City-the World Cultural Heritage, the former capital of Vietnam from 1802-1945: Visit the Imperial City with the Forbidden Purple City, built in the 19th century for the Emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty-the last feudal dynasty in Vietnam and Dong Ba central market. The visit to Hue Citadel is the highlight on our classic tours when you can taste the classic sense of an ancient city with unique architectural style. Overnight at hotel in Hue.
Day 8- Hue (B/-/-)
To day, we continue exploring romantic city of Hue by taking boat trip on the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, tombs of King Minh Mang and King Tu Duc. The rest of day is free for your own leisure. Overnight at hotel in Hue.
Day 9- Hue – Hoi An (B/-/-)
In the morning, we are driven down the coast road passing over the spectacular sea to Danang-the biggest port in central Vietnam. Upon arrival, visit Cham Museum and stone carving village at the foothill of Marble Mountains. Proceed to Hoi An – the very charming ancient town by Thu Bon River, one of Vietnam’s most prosperous port town in 15th century. Check in hotel and relax. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.
Day 10- Hoi An (B/-/-)
We enjoy a walking tour around Hoi An: Fujian congregation hall, Japanese covered bridge, ancient houses, lantern factory, local market. These Hoi An’s famous and ideal places are unmissable for classic tours for almost international & domestic travelers . Enjoy one hour cyclo tour around the town and back to your hotel. After that, you are free to go shopping, to get your clothes tailored and handmade or to relax at Cua Dai beach. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.
Day 11- Hoi An – Danang – Hochiminh City (B/-/-)
We are going to transfer you to the airport for your internal flight to Hochiminh City. You are taken to the city centre. After a short rest, enjoy a sight-seeing tour around Hochiminh City – the biggest city of Vietnam: Reunification Hall (the former President Palace), War Remnant museum, Thien Hau pagoda,China town, Binh Tay market, photo stops at Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office. Day 12- Hochiminh – Cu Chi – Tay Ninh (B/-/-)
You are transferred to the outskirt of Hochiminh City for a visit to Cu Chi underground tunnel, which is the historical site during American-Vietnam War. Proceed to Tay Ninh to join the unique Caodaism mass at Cao Dai Holy Land. The classic tours will be enriched with experience,of taking part in the very special religious rituals. Upon arrival, we have a visit at Vinh Trang pagoda, and then take boat trip to islets full of bonsai & orchard gardens, handicraft workshops, local houses made of coconut trees, where you are hosted with honey bee tea, seasonal fruits and folk music. We transfer back to Hochiminh City to relax. Overnight at hotel in Hochiminh City.
Day 14- Hochiminh City Departure (B/-/-) End of Classic Tours
