This Classic tours’ itinerary starts from Hochiminh City in Southern Region and  ends in Hanoi Capital City in the North of Vietnam. On the way, you will call in many must-see destinations such as Danang, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Hue… to have a general view on our beautiful homeland.

Day 1-  Hochiminh City Arrival (-/-/D)  Start the Classic Tours Vietnam overview
You are greeted at Tan Son Nhat International Airport of Hochiminh City (Saigon). Transfer to your hotel to have welcome drinks. Have Vietnamese cuisine dinner at the hotel. It is very memorable to start classic tours in Vietnam with a Vietnamese style dinner? Overnight at hotel in Hochiminh City.

Day 2- Hochiminh City – Cu Chi (B/L/-)
Start the  the second day of classic tours in Hochiminh City with a walking around Saigon to visit many famous and historic landmarks of the city. You can come Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat), Rex Hotel, Town Hall and the Notre Dame Cathedral, explore inside the Presidential Palace and War Crimes Museum and then drive to the bustling Cholon district (Chinatown). Next, you are taken to visit Binh Tay, the huge wholesale market and the ornate Thien Hau temple before lunch. Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will travel to the famous tunnel system at Cu Chi district. This incredible system covering nearly 250km was the shelter to over 16,000 communist guerrillas during the war. We have the opportunity to go inside the tunnels on this classic tours’ itinerary. Come back to Saigon in the afternoon then you are free to discover our colorful city at your own time. Day 3- Mekong Delta (B/L/-)
You will spend the whole morning time to travel to the South into the heart of the Mekong Delta. On the way, you can pass farmers tending their fields and drying produce on the road-side. Upon arrival in My Tho, we board our boat for the journey along one of the Mekong’s main tributaries. We stop at islands such as Phoenix or Unicorn and visit local farmers and cottage industries, including a coconut candy making factory and a local honey farm. We walk through tropical orchards to taste various kinds of tropical fruit such as dragon, coconut, durian, watermelon. Finally, we board sampans and travel the narrow canals of the Delta before returning to Saigon via My Tho. Sailing on small boats is regarded as one of the exciting activities of classic tours in Mekong Delta. We arrive back in Siagon by the end of afternoon. The remainder of time is for your own leisure. Day 4- Hochiminh City – Danang – Hoi An (B/L/-)
This morning, you have flight to Danang City, our third largest city on central coastal region. In Danang, you are guided to visit the unique Cham museum, which was inspired from sculpture of the Cham people. Continue the journey to the South to the numerous caves and Buddhist shrines of the Marble Mountains and stop at famous East Sea. Finally, you arrive at the delightful port town of Hoi An in the late afternoon, then enjoy a short walking tour. Following narrow lanes lined with centuries -old buildings influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architecture and visiting the town’s traditional market are the joy of this afternoon. Day 5- Hoi An (B/L/-)
Today is free for you to enjoy sightseeing at this ancient town with numerous interesting places. It is time for you to explore art and handicraft galleries, try on clothes tailor-made, relax at the riverside restaurants or take the short journey to the nearby beach. In the late afternoon, there is the option of boat trip on the Thu Bon River. It is fabulous to have a classic tours’ boat trip to see the entire Hoi An in lantern light. Day 6- Hoi An – Hue (B/L/-)
We leave Hoi An for the spectacular road journey North to Hue. This city is Vietnam’s former capital, lies on the scenic central coast. Divided by the beautiful Perfume River, Hue is the centre for Buddhism, art and literature, and was the last Imperial Capital of Vietnam. On the way to Hue, we drive through beautiful rural and coastal sceneries such as the impressive Hai Van Pass and Lang Co fishing village. On arrival in Hue, our first stop is the Citadel, former Home to the Emperors, and then to Thien Mu pagoda which is  Hue’s oldest and most beautiful pagoda. We travel back by Dragon boat along the Perfume River. Later, we drive to the outskirts of Hue and the impressive tomb of Emperor Tu Duc. In the evening, you have chance to taste Hue’s famous cuisines – the cuisines exclusively designed for Vietnam classic tours. Overnight at hotel in Hue.

Day 7- Hue – Hanoi (B/L/-)
This morning we will fly to Hanoi, Vietnam’s gracious capital. We begin with a walk throughout the Ho Chi Minh quarter, and then continue travel to “Hanoi Hilton” prison. In the evening, enjoy a unique display of water puppetry. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 8- Halong Bay (B/L/-)
This morning we travel east to Halong Bay which was recognised as World’s Natural Heritage and Vietnam’s greatest World Wonder. We spend  this full day of the classic tours’ itinerary cruising in the Bay of among 3,000 limestone islands that rise out of the sea, and exploring spectacular caves and grottoes. There’s an opportunity to go swimming (weather permitting) and enjoy a superb seafood lunch on board. In the afternoon, we return to Hanoi and stop at a ceramic village on the way. This evening is free for you to relax on your own. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 9- Hanoi City Tour (B/L/D)
We return to the Ho Chi Minh Quarter this morning. We start with a visit to the mausoleum – set on the spot in Ba Dinh Square. We continue to the visit “house on stilts” from where Ho Chi Minh ruled North Vietnam until his death in 1969. We also see the French colonial presidential palace, the amazing Ho Chi Minh museum and the old One Pillar Pagoda built in 11th century. After that, we visit the Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first national university dating to 1070.  . In the late afternoon, you will feel relaxed when going shopping on colourful streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Day 10- Hanoi Departure
